Okay, he’s almost 11 months now, but at least I took the photos on time!
This month Henry….
Got to move to Chicago!
Is beyond pro at clapping, dancing, and shaking his head.
Has a new favorite trick: putting things on his head when you ask him to. He thinks it’s so funny. And if I surprise him with a toy on my head, he cracks up, and tries to get it. If it falls on its own–forgettaboutit! The kid loses it!
Wore disposable for most of the month because we thought it’d be easier. And while they didn’t leak as bad as we’ve experienced before. But, what I want to know is how on earth anyone brings themselves to pay for those things!? We are back to clothe, no matter how much I hate paying for laundry, it is waaaay cheaper than disposables. So there’s that story…
Talking a bunch! Not that we understand a whole bunch, but he is definitely telling stories. He can say hi, Dada (and says it to Patrick…so cute!), achoo, boo, and good. He says good anytime we ask him if his food is good…it’s too adorable. And he has his own words for saying “all done” whenever he’s finished eating. Again, you can’t even handle the cuteness.
Not walking yet, but I honestly think he could. He’ll take a step here and there without knowing it. Heaven forbid we try and practice with him, though. He DOES NOT like it. And we have one of those walker toys, but he tends to kneel down and go to the front of it to play with it. Honestly, I’m not too concerned. He’s fast enough crawling around, so I don’t mind keeping him at bay for a little while longer.
Okay, now it’s time for the cuteness! Two parts this time. First is the classic in the chair. I’m so glad we moved it, but so bummed the walls aren’t painted. I miss our navy walls! And Henry is wearing a super cute onesie that his Aunt Keri made him. And the second part is of his haircut. He’s had a trim here and there, but this was the first major one. I even used the clippers! He sat so nicely for me. Gosh, I love that kid! Onto the pics!
